I liked it, it came out pretty and vibrant, there staining if you leave the product on a surface for a while so careful how you are applying your dye and where you are applying it. I used my hands so there was going to be obvious staining but it’s not that bad.I used it on already pre-lightened hair

I am too afraid to use this because the amethyst conditioner I bought faded to pink. This is a WARM color that fades to the red spectrum, NOT BLUE OR COOL TONED like all other purple hair products. My typically cool-toned blonde hair has faded to strawberry blonde because of this unexpected formulation. For those that hate when your blonde hair is a warm tone, like me, avoid avoid avoid!

Have been rocking lavender and it faded decided to go back to manic panic and out electric amethyst in. Ended up with some cool ombre blue purple mermaid look. Not sure where the blue came from but it worked. Normally I wash 3 times and it’s go but this colour, 6 washes and still a good amount of colour left

Very pretty color, I'd recommend using it twice to clean up spots you miss. Works best on light/bleached hair. If you don't saturate your hair enough you'll get patchy spots, but overall I love the color!

I've wanted today my hair purple for years and u finally took the plunge and used this color. It was exactly what I was looking for and extremely pigmented. Matches the pictures exactly. I found I had to leave it in longer than the package says but it just made my hair softer! Loved it and I cant wait to try other colors!

Hello Manic Panic team i gave five stars because i was looking for a darker purple from the lighter purple haze that i previously had during the summer months.

I used this product in electric amethyst and there was no pigment at all. It didn’t actually dye the bleached hair or anything else for that matter and customer service blamed my process. Be careful which colors you pick because they may not work unless you bleach your hair as white as possible and with no reviews I doubt even that can be guaranteed. Also do not attempt to contact customer service they will offer no solution and simply blame the customer.
