I’ve been experimenting with my hair lately with lots of different semi-permanent dyes in my rotation and this is my favorite pink I’ve found so far

I have really light blonde hair and the color literally washed off in the shower. I had to go get a different brand of dye.

I had some left of an old (two years or so) jar of cotton candy pink that I used on my short bleached hair a few weeks ago and loved the result - I applied that version and my hair was a lovely dusty pink at the end but washed out quickly. I just bought a new jar a few days ago and left that in my clean (as per instructions) hair for longer in the hopes that it would stain a bit better, but this result is streaky and much, much paler than before. I'm disappointed as it was CA$20 for an awful streaky front piece and basically no colour otherwise. . .

Did not get results I was hoping for. The test strand on your website and on Sally’s shows a beautiful soft but vibrant pink. I put the cotton candy pink on pre lightened hair. The results I got where the dye stayed was a very pale pastel. In all honesty I’m very disappointed. I haven’t used manic panic in years but from what I remember the one I used gave me a beautiful vibrant color (it was either blue or purple). I used a high lightening cap to give myself high lights I pulled through a lot of hair, fully saturated and I even left the dye on for 40 minutes for a better result.

My only possible complaint is that the blue dye I got stuck more to my bathroom counter than my hair. However, it did still last in my hair for a week (2 showers), which is twice as long as arctic fox's blue lasts. Everything else lasts a good 6 weeks and is incredibly vibrant. My hair just really does not like blue lol

I left this dye on for over 2 hours and I got a very light pink wash effect. I used 2 tubs on shoulder length hair. So disappointing. Still looking for the perfect cool pink shade with some oomph.

literally the color didn’t even show up we put it on left it way longer than needed because it didn’t even show up when after 30 minutes.

The pink sis not take to my hair as I was hoping it would. My hair was a light blonde but the pink barely took and what did take turned out more of a salmon color.

My hair may have not been a level 10 blonde in all areas, but at least a level 9 almost 10 on the ends. Both colors of pink were not even remotely visible. COMPLETELY translucent. I got Cotton Candy pink and Fleurs de Mal. Fleurs is advertised as pastel, but looked darker than the Cotton Candy. Almost could see a hint of pink after I let it sit for the advised amount of time (plus longer due to it being the first of a few colors). Electric banana and the darker green, blue and purple were adequate at best.

I had bleached, fairly light hair, but it barely dyed. I used over half the container for a small section of hair, so I know it was fully saturated. I ended up needing to buy a different brand of pink dye because my hair was left blonde. This dye would still work if you are looking for a pink lighter than the pictures and have very light hair.

The product was advertised incorrectly. Color not show up hot pink as it was supposed to. The photos said it would be bright neon on light blonde hair… it was a total waste of money

I’m a long time costumer of manic panic. I’ve been using their dyes for years and always been very happy with the product. My latest order was messed up though— the electric banana dye I ordered was mustard-y brown and very strange. There must’ve been something wrong with the batch. That sure is annoying, but I’m mostly disappointed in the lack of help I’ve been getting from Manic Panic. It took me 5 emails to hear back from them, and after finally responding and asking for the batch code on the bottom they just dropped the ball. No response when I’m trying to get ahold of them. So, in general I think the product is good; but the costumer service has tons of room for improvement.

Super disappointed. I used to use this color years ago and it looks like a completely different color in the bottle and on my hair. What a shame and waste of money.

I have long brown ombré hair with blonde highlights. I used two jars of the cotton candy pink to cover my whole head. I left it on for 1.5 hours. After washing with cool water only, the color stayed on my blonde highlights only. The color is subtle pink and looks amazing in the sunlight. Definitely great for a nice pop of color without having to bleach your head. Subtle enough for the workplace.

I bought to jars to test out doing my hair as I have decided fo do something new and I was surprised at how well this came out. So bright and didnt have a chemical smell which was so nice. I need more to finish as with my longer hair jars is not enough but the blending into the blondish orange actually looks amazing with the shade of cotton candy.

Came in time and I love the results! Split my hair down the middle with this on my right and electric lizard on my left and I couldn't be happier.
