This is such a fun color to fade out. I usually dilute it with a bit of conditioner, so it looks like a navy blue the first few washes. It gradually fades to a teal color, usually around 2 weeks. It remains vibrant the whole time, and I've had people ask if I've dyed it a new color by the time it's faded from navy blue to teal. It also shifts colors under different lighting—someone told me it reminded them of a hummingbird because of the iridescence! Love this color a lot. :)
