Shipping was quick and so was delivery, these are so much better than the regular elastic bands because they stay in place and do not move!! Great addition for my at home pilates sessions and gear.

However…. They are very large and not very tight. I’m guessing beginner level. I wished they had the pound level written on them or disclosed before purchasing. I love the color and looks. Very nice quality. But for me they just didn’t work. Too wide and weak. I had to return them. So far return process is good. I have to pay 5. To return them. But I really can’t use them. Very sad about that. So pretty.

One of the biggest reasons I went with the Bala Bands is because I was looking for a set of bands that won't slip and slide or roll up as I'm exercising. Bala Bands is able to achieve this. I only wish the resistance was slightly stronger but other than that no complaints.

this is the perfect travel accessory, the colors are not too loud the bag is wonderful for storing them, I love that they are not terribly thick as they go up in resistance. The thickness tends to snag leg hair for me and these do not! I'm very very satisfied can't wait to get blasting
