I was having a hard time looking for any kinds of weights on Amazon and other fitness website during this pandemic. I looked for weights, dumbbells and etc but everything was sold out EVERYWHERE. I was watching Shark Tank and I came across this product. And I was like okay, looks interesting. I LOVE the feel of this weighted ring. It is extremely comfortable in my hands and even just has an iconic look to it. It took some adjusting using with some of my favorite exercises and is a bit larger than I expected, but it's growing on me :)

I recently purchased the Bala Bangles and the Power Ring and I couldn’t be happier with both. The Ring is so much better than dumbells for balanced lifting and I love the Balacize routines they have to go with each product. Can’t wait to get the beam now!

I love the Power Ring! By far my favorite Bala product. Easy to grip and functional for many exercises. So much more comfortable than using dumbbells for dynamic work.

I love this in place of kettlebell and dumbbell for certain exercises. Oh and an exercise ball fits perfectly on top of the ring for when your workout is done.
