I adore being able to stretch out with this awesome resistance band! I watched maybe two of the video reviews for this product and I had to see it for myself. The stretch is so smooth and I am able to stretch my arms out fully! I’m 5’6” and it’s perfect for me. The color is one I’m holding.

Somehow, in the video it looked longer than it really is. Bought this to regain strength after having had a stroke. Unfortunately the resistance is a little a bit too ambitious for me at this stage.But I will keep working on it.
