These are an absolute must for arm day at the gym. I use these so often on my arm days at the gym. I love the color they are so beautiful and girly. I do a lot of mat Pilates workouts with these the 3lbs after a while you can feel the burn.

These are really challenging and different from my other 3lb weights. I like them overall, but I use weights for barre, so I wish they came in lighter weights because 3lb can be too intense sometimes. Also wish they were coated in a different material, has a slight sex toy vibe 😬

Working in the tech industry, I find myself working hands on with devices that leave a strain on my hands. Typing on computer for an excess amount of time also leaves me to hide my phone and do everything but have something in my hands let alone participate in exercise and activity that will cause more strain on my back and arms. When I discovered ba/la bars I immediately came to the term user-friendly due to the even weight distribution and its design. Although they look not heavy with the right exercise they become power punches. Love them!
