Love this one, Sometimes I just take it dry to get the sour puss face. I am always less sore or run down using this than if I went without. I have taken the time like many out there to compare Jays line up of products with the other heavy hitters in the work out supplement world and I cannot find anything out there that compares apples for apples, taste, results and cost wise. Most are more money, taste flat and usually to much caffeine in the pre workouts.
