Unfortunately, I didn’t even get the chance to use the actual product. When I opened the outer packaging, the box it came in had CLEARLY been opened already, as you can see in the photos. I was so excited to try the pillow so you can imagine my disappointment when I saw the box in that condition.

This is the only pillow - and I’ve tried them ALL - that truly supports my head, neck, shoulders and upper back for the most restful night of sleep! I can’t recommend this highly enough if you have neck problems. For side sleepers AND back sleepers! Best pillow ever!

Not comfortable, unsupportive, and leaves me with neck pain when I wake up. The slots on the side for your arm are way too small and close to the head area where you can’t even fit your arm in them comfortably. It’s also not very cooking or cushy and it needs to be bigger and wider.
