I am a student pilot that is constantly studying, and with that comes a good amount of stress. This tea has been an absolute game changer! I had it one night as I was doing an assignment, and realized I was more relaxed than usual, and the overwhelming feeling I was experiencing was gone within 30ish minutes of drinking the tea. I 100% recommend the Periodic Tea, I have it almost every night before bed!

I don't have any hard proof of the effectiveness of this tea, but I feel like it does help ease my PMS and period symptoms to an extent. The best thing about it is that is it seriously delicious! The cinnamon smells and tastes fantastic, and definitely helps create a cozy, relaxing atmosphere.

I can’t say enough goods things about this tea. Helps with all of my PMS symptoms. Originally started drinking as a postpartum tea. One of my favorite tea flavors. My 13 year old daughter who just got her period also loves it. Love everything about Earth Mama as a company!

I bought this tea to use postpartum. I’ve loved all of earthmamas other products so I thought I’d try the tea also. I love that is has the benefits of nettle in it and I’ve continued using it long after baby came. I now can’t keep it in the house long because my entire family of 6 has decided they love it too. We add a little honey and everyone knows this tea as our “cinnamon waffle tea” because with a touch of honey that’s just what it tastes like! I love it, we all love it!

Dear Periodic Tea, You're an absolute show-off. For real! You've got some nerve tasting as absolutely delectable as you do, and then you go and help ease menstrual cramps as well?! Like seriously, who do you think you are? All joking aside, I would drink this tea based off the flavor alone - think delicious, comforting, just the right amount of cinnamony goodness. It's a wonderful happy coincidence that it also helps to ease my menstrual cramps, and crampy bloat yuck when ovulating. I just love it so.

This tea is a must for me. I drink several cups almost daily to decrease PMS mood swings and the results are significant. It is comforting, soothing and invigorating all at once.

I have lots of tea in my kitchen, but none of them are quite this kind of blend. I tried the Periodic Tea for the first time and it has worked well for me during hormonal fluctuations. It has a wonderful taste, and I like that it is organic and doesn't contain additives, artificial flavors, scents or preservatives. The only thing that gives me pause about buying it, is the plastic packaging inside the box. It would be great to find a better way to package it to maintain the integrity of the tea, without using plastic, especially since plastic has become such a problem that it is degrading our landscapes, polluting our water, killing wildlife, and getting into our food chain. Those small plastic bags will be around for more than 5 human lifetimes. I held off buying more of this tea for that reason. Love the tea itself though, and hope that you find a solution so that I can buy more. Choice Organic teas seems to do a good job of packaging which you might explore as an option. Thank you!

I love this tea for monthly reasons - it really seems to even everything out! I tried it a few days postpartum, and I actually stopped because it seemed to increase milk production (and I'm an over-producer. ) Overall, the tea does help, and it tastes really good. I love being able to drink a tea instead of resorting to a medication.

Before babies I had a hard time with cramps and was hoping after having them the pain wouldn't come back, but of course it did so I decided to try this tea and now I make sure I never run out! Even when I'm not cramping it's a nice treat to have because it's so yummy! â¤

I've been drinking this tea a few times a week since the birth of my 3rd child two months ago. I sure wish I would have known about this awesome tea after the births of my first two children. This tea is absolutely wonderful for helping regulate and balance those crazy postpartum hormones naturally. When I've gone too long not drinking it, I can totally tell a difference in unbalance. My family can tell, too! LOL. This product is wonderful, and will remain a staple in my hormonal care for years to come 8-24-2015
