I love this tea. I’ve been a huge raspberry leaf tea fan my whole life- I drink it at the end of pregnancy to tone my uterus for labor, and during postpartum to restore my uterus to its former glory. Every time I smell the tea, I remember sitting on the porch with my grandma at our family cabin drinking raspberry iced tea. A cup of smiles every time :)

With being pregnant again and having a toddler running around, I was looking for something to relax after a long day - this tea is literally my happy place after a wild day! I’ve been drinking it now for a few weeks and can say that my lower abdominal pain / discomfort has almost disappeared and that overall I feel way more relaxed! It tastes amazing too - so get it, don’t think twice, you won’t regret it!

I’ve had three natural unmedicated births and I’ve used red raspberry leaf tea for all three. I start drinking this around 25 weeks and then drink it more frequently around 30 weeks until birth! Each labor I’ve only pushed for 12mins, 8mins, and 2min. Never had any complications with hemorrhage after either! I’ve used other brands but this one is by far the best tasting! I highly recommend if you want strong, efficient contractions! Couple this with third trimester tea!

Honestly !! My favorite!! It’s so healthy for your uterus and tastes pretty darn good too! Ive been drinking this eat for 3+ years now. I started with my first pregnancy, and continued during that time of the month. Just had my second baby and me and this red raspberry tea are still going strong !!

Add a squeeze of lemon over ice to make a "uterine healthy iced tea". Thank you earth mama for making safe products for me and my family ❤️

Such a great tea! It has a mild flavor and is so smooth. I love that it is made with organic ingredients so I don’t have to worry about what I’m putting in my body. I am 10 months postpartum and have been experiencing heavy cramps surrounding breastfeeding which has also caused irregular cycles for me. Within the first day of drinking this tea, I got a little relief within the first few sips. I am now on day 7 of drinking this tea twice a day and my cramps are almost completely gone.

It’s controversial whether or not raspberry leaf tea helps move things along for labor or not, but I will be taking this with any of my other kids! I drank this 2x daily the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy and only pushed for 7 minutes when that time came. Who knows if this contributed or not but I am not going to mess around and find out. Plus it tastes good and is so refreshing in the mornings!

I haven't used it long enough to know how well it helps with period cramps. . but the flavor is nice. It's pricey with less tea bags then other boxes but if it does what it claims then it'll be worth it to me.

This tea is so good and so easy on the stomach! I’m 39.5 weeks with my second baby and no signs of real labor yet so I can’t say if it helps for labor, but I’ve been drinking it every night since 36 weeks and I can say it has been so yummy and soothing! I just wish the packaging was a little better because I keep ripping tea bags as I’m trying to take them out lol.

I purchased 6 boxes before trying because the reviews seemed so good! And they were RIGHT! I'm anemic this pregnancy and hoping this helps my iron levels. But overall, so easy to drink and soothing at night. I have hyperemesis gravidarum and truly this is only one of the teas I can stomach!
