I ordered this at the end of December 2024 two days after Christmas to be exact. Long story short I contacted the company due to no order. I waited 7 days and finally heard back. Got an email stating it was finally on its way. They offered a shipping refund. Sent me $8 back. Then I emailed 3 other times stating that there was no delivery and that the delivery tracker was even saying it didn't have a delivery update. I contacted again and they stated the order was delivered but no it had not been. I asked for a refund and didn't hear back for 4 days. I did get a refund a month and 7 days after the order was paid for. I was promised delivery 1 to 1. 5 weeks after order. That obviously didn't happen. Horrible time trying to get ahold of the company and no one EVER answers the customer phone.

This is SO good. I have vulvar varicose veins and this feels cooling without putting it in the fridge. Skip the herbal spray. It did basically nothing for me, but this was wonderful!

It works pretty well especially for menopausal women. It does have a faint smell and will leave some green places on my clothing . I would love it if it were softer in texture, no smell, and possible clearish but I will still use it as it does stop chafing.

I ordered this at the start of my 3rd trimester, wanted to have an all natural birth with little to no tearing (hopefully, I know lol) I started applying this in the weeks before my due date to keep that area hydrated and I also used it for doing perineal massages. My first baby slid out within 4 hours and I had just a slight tear. Started applying this a few weeks after birth (once I was comfortable enough to start feeling around down there) and the cooling hydration is next level.
