Over the last 20 years I've gone through dozens of supplements in this category, and this one by far is the most comfortable on my stomach. I'd try one after the other only to have it cause the gnarliest fishy burps and indegestion. I can say confidently if nothing changes with this you've got a customer for life with this and the rest of your supplement lines. No burps, no I degestion, a fresh clean smell, and the sheer volume of ingredients always astounds me in the suppliment lines here. Keep it up yall. In the pictures it's not even a fair comparison with nearly 10x the amount of omega 3 in a single dose compared to the last one I was taking.

I used to take a very low dose and low quality epa/dha supplement. Just took it cause i knew it was good for me but never noticed it really change me and how i felt. As soon as i got elixir i notice a huge difference in my mood and my work capacity. This supplement alone fixes my brainfog and concentration. I love this supplement. I've taken all the high end Omega 3 supplements over the years and this one has them beat. No fishy smell, solid EPA:DHA ratio and includes astaxanthin in the mix as well. On top of all that the price is excellent. You should make this your go-to Omega 3 supplement and never look back.

This fish oil smells great! I actually smell like a citrus-like smell whenever I open the bottle. I have never had any blood pressure issues, so I can’t say if it has an effect of lowering blood pressure due to lowered cholesterol. But of all of my experience with fish oil pills, this one has NOT produced fishy burps. I really like them!

I’ve taken omega 3 supplements in the past, but wasn’t sure what to expect if there would be any difference compared to other brands. So I just took them for 30 days and observed the effects. One key thing I noticed - my sleep latency decreased significantly which is a big deal to me. Also, my HRV and recovery readings on my Whoop became consistently better.
