I love this product to mix in with my blue raspberry BCAAs to give me a bit of extra nutrition while I lift. Have I noticed any changes in my hair or nails - no. But, it’s an easy way to sneak in some extra protein and it doesn’t cause any GI distress like I’ve experienced from similar products.

Collagen, taste great, and it works well. When I add it to pre-workout, and then blend it in my ninja, it creates a foam that helps to suspend all of the elements in the pre-workout that don’t like to dissolve as easily.

Great tasting flavors and I've tried all of them now. The Blue Raspberry being my favorite. The mixing is almost perfect with my water.
The only thing that would be sick if there was even more types of Collagen but I'm not sure of the other types effectiveness. So I can't dock points for that.
