I can't believe how much Dream changed my life—at least for the month I had it. For the past two years, I've become exhausted in my efforts to fix my sleep. I wake up every 90 to 120 minutes every night. Huberman's sleep stack helped a bit and was the best solution I had until I tried Gorilla Dream. It worked perfectly—my sleep scores were the best they've ever been.
