I am enjoying mixing this with my morning protein shake. It works wonderfully to be the sugar both to my protien which helps transpoprt them protiens directly to my muscles. I have noticed 0 cramps, 0 fatigue after workouts., more hydration. The only thing is it does make me retain a lot more water. So I cycle it. But it works wonderful. tastes great.

I have been looking for a good quality intra workout for quite sometime after having to buy multiple products and mix them together. Gorilla has done it! Keeps my workout going to the point where I feel like i can keep going for hours, having to push myself to stop from that "Just one more set" mentality. Mixes well without any grit.

The Intra workout is pretty awesome when I am going into the gym for a long session. I used this during two recent two hour sessions at one hour in and it gave me the extra boost I needed to get through another hour. I will definitely be using this for the days I am planning to go extra hard with my workouts. The Cherry Blackout tastes excellent and mixes easily in my shaker bottle.
