This is a very well designed water bottle and the quality is superb, what you expect when you get one from Thermos. I especially like the lid with its quick twist release and a lower part that’s removable for ice. The best features are no leaks and drinks stay cold all day with no problem. We have a number of Thermos bottles/coffee cups in this house. We think they are the best!

Solid construction, I like it better on than my old Thermos water bottle that had the lip of the lid that catches break. The loop to carry it also seems to be higher quality than the old one and I like the wider opening mouth.

I never received the bottles and wgen I tried to let you know you kept saying it was delivered and sign for. You took it to the wrong address. I have tried several times to contact you and could never talk to anyone. You don’t accept phone calls and you don’t believe me when I say I DID NOT GET MY BOTTLE
