The King tumbler was my favorite coffee travel mug for the past 15 years. Last year I purchased a new one in the black color and slowly the coating has been peeling off! I've had it stuck on my lip, & in my mouth! What the heck has happened to the quality of your products. I just threw out a $30 tumbler from you guys! Buyer beware! Not the product were use too!

The company has switched all customer service to email. It is so impersonal and I was left dissatisfied and not helped. I've seen how small business address needs over the phone and this was horrific. They clearly don't actually want people to reach out. Not planning to buy again.

Super disappointed. The lid has to be completely disassembled to clean and it’s a pain to put back together. Had I known this, i wouldn’t have bought it.

unhappy with style of new lid. can't take apart to wash, lid drips drink on what ever surface you place it on when refilling the cup. lid now touches my nose after drink is half gone. I rate the lid style a failure. The oly part that works perfect is the lock.

Fantastic cups, keeps coffee hot for up to 8 hrs. Keeps water cold for up to 12 hrs. Put cups in freezer for a short time and fill. used to fit them at Kols. They don't supply them anymore.

Just as expected, thermos brand is known and experienced long time ago, this is my second purchase for this product, I see that it retains heat for a quite of time, the lid is easy to brake and wash and assemble, I'd recommend.
