This food jar is exactly what I needed to bring my soups and stews to the office without having to worry about heating it up in the microwave. The food jar kept my soup piping hot from the time I packed it at 6:30am. I opened it at 12:15pm and it was just right for eating.

I drive a lot for work and was tired of cold lunches such as sandwiches and salads. Then comes Thermos! I wished I thought of it sooner! I now can pack hot lunches for work without figuring how to have access to a microwave. It keeps my food hot and the size is big enough for a moderate size meal.

I love my purchases, I have 2 items the 16oz and a 24oz. I live them both. My husband uses the 24oz and I use the 16oz. Beverage s stay hot or cold. And soups stay hot right from the pot.
