This filter dispenser has been satisfying so far (delivered 9 days ago). Set up instructions were clear and easy. I am glad I chose this style- since it dispenses from the bottom, I can fill the filter from the top and it doesn’t affect my ability to get filtered water (I don’t have to wait for the water to get filtered, which is a problem I’ve had with pitcher style filters, where water pours out from both sections). My complaint with it is that since my fridge is deeper than the pitcher, I have to hold it at the edge of the shelf when pressing the button to dispense, or it will just push back away from me. The water also comes out at an angle, which I had to adjust to after dispensing water right on the floor at first ! I’m hoping it will be a good fit for a long time!

I love the large size and the dispenser or spigot has a good flow and feel. It is a big improvement over the pitcher style that I have been using for years because it is easier to fill and dispense. The sliding opening in the lid is a nice feature. The slow original flow did improve. My water tastes better as well. I mistakenly thought it would be a glass container not plastic. But I suppose that would make it too heavy when full.

Being a self proclaimed water snob, this is the best filter I’ve ever used by far. We have hauled in water and even with the filter in the refrigerator it still tastes rank. Now with the Lifestraw water dispenser, we have pure water all the time. I would highly recommend this product.

I really enjoy the Home Dispenser. We keep it in the fridge; is great having cold water ready to go and i especially like that i can pour about two liters of water in the top and then just let gravity do its work. It does take a while for the water to filter through so this feature is especially great. The only improvement i suggest is some type of rubber or silicon feet so that the dispenser doesn't slide around on the glass fridge shelf. (I put a silicon trivet underneath it, and that works great. ) Great product!!

I’ve been drinking Target’s Good&Gather bottled water, which is awesome: no taste and crisp. This filter results in water that is perfectly tasteless but not quite crisp. To be fair Target’s water says it uses advanced filtration and reverse osmosis, so it’s not completely comparable. I am pleased with the lack of taste and other benefits of Lifewater’s filter though. It’s nice to not feel the need to buy water. I have recommended the filter to my mom. Please consider redesigning the spout at the bottom to be straighter so water doesn’t collect.

I bought the 18 cup dispenser. I really like it. I keep mine on the counter top. I use this for my cooking and drinking water. Easy to maintain.

This has the potential for me to give 5 stars! It was easy to put together. It’s easy to use. It is less problematic than my last large filter container from another company. It supports good stuffs! It passed all of this with flying colors! But I haven’t yet seen how replacing a filter goes. Does the carbon filter really last two months? I’m hoping to come back after a couple of months and change this to a glowing 5 star review!

I was afraid of leaking tap based on previous reviews. Been using the filter for a month now - no such issue. The water quality has definitely changed. It tastes a lot like Fiji bottled water now - crisp yet filled with minerals. I was using Britta filter earlier and the water tasted "heavy". LifeStraw stands up to its reputation.

We had well water that was contaminated, so we switched to city. Then we found out how many chemicals and toxins there were in the city water. Finding LifeStraw filtration was a great solution. This container easily fits in out fridge, filters rather quickly and we stopped buying water in plastic jugs! I know now that our water is truly safe to consume and cook with!
