Works as intended. Took a few minutes longer to setup than I thought but not too hard to understand the instructions. The lid part isn’t ideal for me but works fine. Tastes like real water.

It's slow at first when you run through the filters the first couple of times per the instructions, but after that it's not very slow at all. I love this pitcher so much, and love knowing it filters out even microplastics!

We love this pitcher so much, I bought one for each of my adult kids and this is actually the 2nd one for my husband and me to use. I like that it’s glass vs plastic. It’s easy to fill and clean. My only “gripe” would be I’d like them to make it larger. I purchased a 2nd pitcher because we use it for all our cooking and drinking needs.

I’ve been using my filter religiously and when I noticed the middle filtration component had a crack, customer service was super helpful honoring my warranty and sent out a replacement swiftly. It’s the perfect size for a NY-sized fridge and pretty enough to have out for guests when hosting.

Amazing product. The water feels so clean and it's great to have glass instead of plastic as the main container. It does fill slowly, but worth it - we just make sure to refill a little more often.

I had the plastic pitcher for years and it was time again for new filters, so I went for the glass pitcher. It was packaged with the care you’d expect for a glass product. It looks shiny more clear in glass! I feel good about the purchase and ordering directly from Lifestraw is the way to go, imo.
