I truly love this stuff. I have combination skin - I break out easily but when I try to address breakouts my skin freaks out and gets SO dry. At its worst, I once messed up my skin barrier and EVERYTHING hurt. This was the only product that didn't sting to put on, and I've been using it nightly since as I've rebuilt my skincare routine. I put it on before anything else before sleeping each night and I can tell a huge difference. Hydration: 100%. skin feels moist, bouncy. it's evened out my skin so much. using both these products together (sandwich method) made it very tolerable with no side effects.

I live in Colorado so it’s a very dry environment and other retinal have really dried out my skin and made it extremely dehydrated. This product is somehow hydrating while still doing what a retinal should do. I went to a wedding 3/4 weeks after I started using this product and had so many people tell me my skin was glowing.

So, I've been following KraveBeauty's products since they were first launched and I haven't been disappointed yet. The Great Barrier Relief is really great if you have super activated/sensitive skin. When I was breaking out really intensely in my early 20s, this felt like a balm; moisturizing enough that my skin didn't feel parched and didn't ever give a burning sensation. Sometimes if my skin is just super angry, it's the only product I use until things calm down. I've been using the retinal for a week now and so far, so good. No adverse reactions or irritation. I can't EXACTLY tell if my forehead acne and blemish is going away because of the retinal or if it's just in its cycle of chilling out, but. I'm liking the product so far :)
