I have very dry, reactive, eczema prone skin. This seemed like a great fit for me, especially with the dryness of winter here. I used this daily after showering for a week. I loved how soft it made my skin feel, but it isn't the most hydrating lotion I've used. It's a nice medium weight lotion and leaves behind a velvety finish. I even enjoyed the smell the tamanu oil provided. My skin however, rebelled. Something in this formula caused my skin on my legs, chest, and torso to break out in little red pimple like bumps. No eczema flare ups, though it didn't help an existing one I have. I unfortunately have to stop using this due to the red bulbs it caused. I imagine this would be wonderful for the majority of people with dry skin wanting a fragrance free barrier supporting lotion, but it did not work for my reactive, eczema prone skin.

This broke me out in itchiest rash after using it a few times, my arms and chest broke out in small raised hives and it is extremely painful. I should also mention this has never happened to me before with any skincare or lotion. I like their other products but this one was awful!

I saw a few reviews describing this cream as not so hydrating and moisturizing for the body, so I thought it would be a good facial one as an alternative use. O. M. G. Long story short, I ruined my skin barrier by abusing both tretinoin and exfoliants, so I combined this with GBR serum and my skin was reseted. Best skin I've had in months so maybe this isn't the best body cream in the market, but it can do wonders on your face as a dry skin girly. So if you were really thinking about buying this as a body moisturizer, try it as a face cream and be flabbergasted by its effectiveness. Will repurchace 10/10

This is a staple product I transitioned to from the "Great Barrier Relief." I stock up 3 at a time once a year whenever there's a discount. Even though it's half the potency (5% tamanu oil instead of 10%), it's double the size of the jumbo and half the price. I still use it on my body of course, 3x a week after showering before bed in place of my usual moisturizer, but I also use daily on my face/ears/neck. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite moisturizer! I love the earthy smell it has from the tamanu oil. I use this moisturizer everyday, even my face! It does a great job at healing my dry hands during the winter.

If you can get over the scent (nutty, earthy, primal, maybe bits of sulphur - which is great for the skin!)… You’re in for quite the treat…! In just a couple uses, my face skin feels significantly stronger. As for the body, I think it will take a bit longer to see results. This is a really good dupe for another face lotion I use that’s about 3-5 times the price of these products. Body lotion is thin enough to spread easily but thick enough to feel potent.

love the serum and THIS lotion is a game changer! i’m someone that uses exfoliating body washes / lotions to get rid of my textured skin, so i needed a way to protect my barrier after the fact. i lightly applied it as my final step and it didn’t leave a sticky feeling. my body skin’s barrier definitely feels wayyyy more resilient since i started using it. can’t recommend this enough!

There’s a strong scent to this lotion. I’ve used it twice and it irritated the eczema on my hands but works okay on my body otherwise. It does keep the skin hydrated but I can’t overlook the scent.

Anything with Tamanu Oil is a+++++ in my book. My only complaint is I wish it came in a pump dispenser. I keep this in my shower and use it daily-it would be so much easier in a pump. Still… it’s so good I overlook that.

This is the first product I've tried from Krave and unfortunately, it was deeply unpleasant. The body cream i got has a terrible smell -- almost fermented, like tea eggs or fermented tea of some sort. And the worst part is that it lingers. I genuinely don't think I can continue using this product as the smell is such a turn off for me, and it's upsetting as I spent almost $20 on it. It also didn't deeply moisturize my skin, so it wasn't even worth it from that standpoint. An absolute pass.

Great Body Relief, I believe, is one of the best body moisterizers on the market, especially for the price. I don't need the fancy pants marketing or niche ingredients so many other body lotions are touting; I need something that works! GBR is simple goodness to protect my skin barrier and maintain healthy, glowing skin. Hydration, but it sinks in without being greasy. With winter cold and winds coming, I'm ready with my little stockpile of GBR.
