I ordered this ice bucket prior to Christmas as part of a bar cart gift. The quality was great- but it had arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service and even despite the close timeline and technical difficulties with the return portal the team handled the request with kindness and expediency. I even received the new ice bucket in time for Christmas. This experience will definitely bring me back for future purchases and a huge thank you to the customer care team, it really made a difference!

Gave this as a gift to my husband, who didn’t think we needed an ice bucket. But then we had 5 houseguests and a broken icemaker. We bought bagged ice for the freezer, and filled the bucket at the same time. Eight hours later when cleaning up, he opened the bucket to not only still find ice, but had no water at the bottom of the bucket. Bought a second one as a gift for my son.

Recently purchased several different mugs/cups and was more than satisfied with my purchase. While browsing I saw the Rocks Ice Bucket , purchased it & couldn’t wait to get it to store the extra ice I’m making . The bucket cannot compare to the mugs. The ice is melted in a few hours & the ice in my mug is almost “dry” it’s so cold. Do yourself a favor & buy a mug to use as an ice bucket.

We have people over all the time and this is absolutely perfect for entertaining. We leave it sitting out on the counter because of the modern design. Giving 2 more away for Christmas gifts this year!
