Shipped super fast, all in all cute backpack. There is a weird stitching issue I’m not sure what to do with. If I cut it I think it will start to fray and come apart. Especially when the label states “Durable Reinforced Stitching”

I originally brought this backpack for my kid in July, & somehow he broke it at school. I reached out the their amazing customer service team with order number, date of purchase as well as photos. They responded in less than 24 hours letting me know that someone from their team was reviewing my claim, & they would get get back to me within 48 hours. When I say not even 24 hours after that I had received a shipping confirmation email. At no cost to me, my son was getting a new backpack. He lives ninja turtles, he has the matching lunchbox as well. He been using it all daily & that is still in perfect condition. This company is just simply amazing, they stand by their products & their warranty.
