I’ve been a huge fan of Simple Modern since they first hit the market. I have at least 10 cups/water bottles from this company. I was super disappointed when I received an Eagles NFL Trek and it looked like the logo had been poorly glued on. It was a gift and I was not going to hand this to someone. That’s how awful it looked. Luckily, I reached out to customer service and they sent me an expedited replacement which showed up just in time for my friend’s birthday. I am thankful for that, however, the new cup still isn’t of the quality that I expect from S|M.
