Super nice cup, love the webs! Super fast to be shipped out but the tracking took awhile to catch up even though it was already here. This is perfect for my spooky coffee and juice. I’ve dropped this cup a few times and it has not chipped away like some previous Simple Modern cups I’ve purchased. Characteristics: 🕷️

Durability: I just started using it but 3 cups in and its not staining. Insulation Performance: Even leaving it open for extended periods it stays hot for over an hour Leakproof Design: Even open it minimizes a spill. No spills when closed, yet. Design: I am a big fan if the subtle design. I want the coffee to wake me up, not the cup. Packaging: It was packed well and arrived with zero damage or scuffs.

I love everything about this tumbler, except the lid breaks easily. I bought my first one and the lid cracked on top within the first week. I love this design and didn't see replacement lids so I bought another for spare parts and the second lid cracked on the first day I used it. I really hope they have replacement lids in the future

The lid causes coffee to spill and it’s plastic. Plus the inside of the cup is lined with this enamel product. It makes my coffee taste funny and it looks like it will peel overtime, which is concerning that you might be ingesting this product. Overall very unhappy with it

The only problem I see with this travel mug is the lid is extremely hard to keep clean. It has numerous nooks and crannies and hard to get to places that doesn’t make it very hygienic. Don’t know what the alternative is due to the push down lock in mechanism of the lid.
