Only two weeks into adding this into my supplement stack. At first I didn’t notice any difference but I will say in the past week I went up in weight in the gym and my recovery time has stayed the same or maybe even gotten a little better. 4 stars because almost all the studies that utilize HMB use a 3g dose. The serving size on this is only 1g (2 pills) so you have to take a total of 6 pills daily which means if you’re really wanting to get the most out of HMB you’re going to go through a bottle every 20 days. My wife and I both take it which means we are going through a bottle every 10 days. So food for thought if you’ve got the money to take the 3g , I’d say give it a go for 6-8 weeks.

Currently in a fat loss regime and been using HMB.A reduce calorie intake along with IF I neded to ingest something to help me keep my strength/muscle without raising any insulin levels which i read HMB is specially effective at for my early morning fasted runs. Been taking HMB for a couple of weeks with Cyclean PM and Carnitine. Definitely feel the latter ones working. I go on long fasted bike rides without feeling tired or hungry. Definitely losing some fat. I can see my abs again. The HMB is insurance against muscle loss.

I train in the morning fasted so I use HMB to mitigate catabolism. Can't tell if it's because of the HMB but since I've started taking it I've noticed my muscles look fuller and I've been a bit stronger in the gym after a couple weeks
