​I am absolutely blown away by the performance of this eufyCam kit! The motion tracking is incredibly responsive and follows movement perfectly, so I never miss a detail. The best part, however, is the local backup; having secure storage without being forced into a monthly subscription fee is a huge game-changer. The video quality is crisp day and night, making this the perfect security upgrade for my home. I replaced a Blink system and am very happy with this product

The S4 camera does provide a slightly better view than S3 or E340. However, there is significant delay between what actually captured and the notification in App on my phone. It makes less effective on warning when incident occurs. Also, it misses capturing some activities which doesn't provide us peace of mind if they can fully cover. Overall, it doesn't provide significant upgrade from Arlo cameras we are currently using which we brought over 5-6 years ago.

I bought the 2 camera package for my mountain Cabin property to see wildlife roaming through.One cameraworks just ok the other has issues charging as we're in the mountains and lots of trees. I haven't been able to getback up there to make adjustments. perhaps this review is premature. overall I do like the setup and quality. I'm hopeful the other camera gets repositioned and back on track.

This purchase experience has been extremely misleading. When ordering the S4, there was no indication anywhere that this “New Release” camera was a pre-order item. Only after Eufy successfully processes your payment does the order status change to “Pre-order,” with no estimated shipping date provided. Interestingly, Amazon was able to deliver the exact same camera to me the very next day. Eufy’s handling of this situation has been deeply disappointing. Additionally, your “member discounts” are misleading. When I applied my military discount, it automatically removed my membership promotion. It appears that customers cannot benefit from both programs simultaneously — seemingly because doing so would reduce Eufy’s profit margin. As a result, the so-called discount only applies to the original price, leaving the final total effectively the same as what everyone else pays.
