Receive this camera instructions are pretty awful on it. I still have not been able to pull the camera into my PC regardless of all the software I installed. Not very intuitive. Not sure if it’s functioning or is something wrong with it, but I’m not able to get a preview of the image no matter what I do.

Good product the instructions are a bit hard to read even with my glasses on have to use magnifying glasse to be able to read it other then that it’s my only complaint picture is good just been practicing with it have not posted anything yet so when I do a live stream with it will ask and review it

Quality of work: Looks very clean and works very well. Only issue is it turns off of privacy mode randomly. All in all would recommend if you want a good quality, and budget friendly webcam

Wouldn't connect to laptop usb or Bluetooth tried reaching out to customer service they wouldn't ever answer or acknowledge then suddenly last night Jan 2 after a month of nothing they reach out after I already threw it away just to ask for proof of the problem. Sellers like this make it bad

Doesn’t stay in tracking mode. While streaming I’ve found it viewing my ceiling. Reinstalled the app. Doesn’t seem to work. When it does work does a good job. Part time tracking mode just doesn’t cut if you’re Live streaming. Hopefully app update soon to fix.
