I gave it 5 Stars, but I do want to say that the app is hard to find things. In my opinion it needs to be redone badly as it's not very user friendly. Other than this the cameras are excellent; the best that I've ever had.

Bought the four S4 camera and HomeBase kit plus and installed a 2 terabyte SSD. Syncing the cameras to the HomeBase was a bit challenging but got it done. Installation of the cameras was fairly easy once placement was determined. Camera view orientation was quite easy providing a wide field of view. Setting up the cameras for sensitivity/distance was straightforward. Setting event video duration could be more straight forward and longer than 20 seconds max. (Didn’t want continuous video recording to save camera batteries) images are very clear during the day and at night using the IR lighting feature. Event playback works really well as does the 8x zoom feature. Downloading the events is also very easy with good quality images. Overall we are very satisfied with the S4 camera system and its capabilities.

Video quality amazing. Length of video less than terrible.Camera stop recording intruder after 14 seconds after trigger the motion even if an intruder moving.Worst in all cameras I ever had.

High quality equipment. Easy to asembel and set up. I am very impressed with the quality of the video from these cameras. I installed a 2tb hard drive into the home base with no problem. Extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I had the kit for almost 2 weeks. So far its great. No actual issues with them. Picture quality and tracking works as intended. Voice works fine. Solar charging works fine. But i understand 2 weeks isnt very long test time to tell yet. Initially, i was going to buy the nvr set but decided i didnt want to run cables in a two story home. I opted for them since i got rid of my old Arlo Pro 2s and Ring outdoor camera quality wasnt as good. Also, i have a small Eufy Ecosystem without HB prior to buying this kit. A few things that I have noticed which may or may not be cons to different users: AI tracking across different cameras - from my usage, it doesnt seem to work. I have a E340 floodlight in front of house maybe about a foot away from one of the s4 which hangs at a corner and it seems they dont work together. The same s4 doesnt alert the other s4 down the corridor going into the backyard either to track me. So I assume this isnt working right now. HB3 - brand new unit with the s4s. Unable to read my 4TB crucial SSD after almost 2 weeks usage. I find this odd and i will need to check it via laptop or pc. The devices are still 'supposedly' recording to the HB3 though when I check local storage setting for them. I did read online that many people have this issue due to write options, heat and poor design which I can see why as well. Load speeds - the tims it takes to load a notification / event or view the live feed can be quite unstable. I've seen times where its fast and others where its just stuck buffering trying to load the event or live feed and I would have to kill the app and restart to try again. Sometimes I would have to try a few times. This is quite similar to what the Arlo Pro 2s did as well so it is nothing new to me. I just thought it would be faster considering I have an SSD in the HB3 and the HB3 is hardwired. Wife is hating the load speeds since she says they always load slow for her. Devices falling offline - i would sometimes have devices falling offline for at random times for various times. All devices were connected to a dedicated 2.4ghz only ssid prior to hb3 usage. Then once the hb3 came along and all devices moved to that. Hb3 is hardwired. But even now i still experience it once in a while. I did have to buy extra corner mounts from amazon to use these cameras with which is great but can be costly after already spending arm and leg for this kit. The only thing that sucked for me was the fact that i only managed to use 2 of the corner mounts due to downspouts being too close to the other corner of my house. Currently trying to figure out another way to mount the other two units. Currently, they are mounted with factory bracket but slightly tucked away from the corner. I bought 2 extra cameras just incase i would need them somewhere else in my back yard but maybe not anymore. May end up returning them.

Was really really looking forward to these and what a huge disappointment.Zoom features either 1X or 3X nothing in between and nothing more. Clarity is so so for supposed 4K. Just overall disappointing. I have 30 plus cameras setup and I def would not spend the money on these ever again.
