I had a size medium & the extender for my pp phase and now I’ve sized down to a small. It helped a lot. My figure completely went back to normal, even more of a shape to my hips has been back. I did have a c section and this helped with the “over hang” that I was scared of having! I love it!!

I really love this binder & 100% recommend good quality, breathable material & it’s adjustable to your body I am almost 2 months pp and it fits me well but I think if I would’ve worn it right after the hospital I would've gotten it with the extension bc I don’t think it would’ve fitted me, other than that I wish I could’ve purchase this sooner !! Comes with 2 pockets for heating/cooling packs one for the back & one in front for belly which is amazing!

Honestly, it feels great and it makes you feel put together. Would recommend getting extension just in case. Product quality: Feels nice on the skin because quality feels smooth.
