I love making seamoss myself but never tried adding benefits. I'm really looking forward to being blessed by True Seamoss with all the benefits & flavors. The flavor is not overwhelming and the texture is similar to either applesauce or baby food fruit. I highly 10/10 recommend.

MY NEW FAVORITE WAY TO HYDRATE! Unlike other electrolyte Hydration powder bands This has no sugar And is not overly sweet. I definitely notice the difference in how hydrated my whole body feels. My Only complaint is they sent me the watermelon flavor instead of lime lemon! My new favorite addiction

Both of these flavors taste amazing, the mango pineapple and the blue spirulina raspberry. As soon as I took it I immediately felt an energy boost and started feeling way better😍this product is a must have I 💯 recommend it.
