I ordered a medium and it fits. I’m in a waistline weight journey and because of the structure of this item(the inside clips, it works perfectly. Normally, when your waist is smaller but you have a pouch, it doesn’t fit correctly. But not this one, it covers this area also and I’m 5”6 170lbs
