Im not gonna lie it does snatch you but the zipper broke after a month of having it and i cant get a refund etc. it was not even tight for it to have broken it just got stuck and the zipper completely opened and i tried every possible way to take it off buti was stuck in the faja for almost an hour

220 lbs, 5’ 2”, 3XL and I have a belly. love the fit. I think you could size up if you want. I’m loosing weight, so it’s perfect for me. I have never felt material like this on a waist trainer. It almost feels like leather. Definitely not an Amazon waist trainer. I have washed it a few times.
