Made egg, provolone cheese, oregano and rosemary bites today and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend the Egg Bite maker.

The water takes a long time to cook off even when preheated. The eggs were done long before the water evaporated. I added some milk and beat the eggs until frothy so the egg bites rose then fell. There were a lot of air bubbles so it wasn’t custardy like I thought it would be. Next time I won’t beat it to a froth and see if it sets better. I filled them about 3/4 of the way then added different amounts of minced onions and cheese. I buttered the inside so nothing stuck. I put some in the freezer so will see how it heats up. The large size is perfect for a bagel. The minis are good for babies.

I used this for everything, at least once a day. I never put metal or scraped it or scrubbing sponges. The non-stick just starts to bubble and come off after being used a bunch. I would use this for years if only it would last that long.

I have had mine awhile - didn't come with the larger silicone. I use mine to make mini breakfast sandwiches using the smaller biscuits. Family favorite

It’s ok…but it’s hard to get the amount just right—seems I’m either over or under! And also seems the cottage cheese is a necessary ingredient as I works a bit better with that as I’m following the recipes. Still trying it out

this is very easy to use & makes great egg bites. Follow the instructions & they turn out well, although I've stopped the steaming process a little before the 10 minutes suggested. Be careful when taking the finished cups out; their location is hot. They are a bit smaller than the "retail" egg bites, but not enough to be displeasing. Gave 4 stars only because it would be nice to have an on/off switch and the instructions/recipe booklet that was included was for the waffle maker. I had to download/print a pdf, which is on letter size paper.

I use this more with the larger cup for an egg muffin or sandwich sized egg, but it's so easy and the clean up is fast!

I've only had this for a couple of days, so I'm still figuring out how to make the eggs without over cooking them. I'll get it yet! Fun to work with though!
