It's a 10 will always get 10/10 from me. I have been using their products for a few years now and anytime I stray away for longer than a few weeks, my hair seems to forget it's glory. This is with having Hashimoto's thyroiditis, it's soft, no splits (I know I need a trim lol)

This is the Only conditioner that satisfies my medium coarse sort of wavy hair! So glad to see it available! I pair with the leave in potion after washing two peas size for my long hair while hair is still damp. Then I add a literal smidge when it dries (a very little goes a very very long way on dry hair ladyâs) Sometimes depending on the weather of course lol!! Thank you thank you thank you I honestly could go on and on ! Anyone who has that hair type knows itâs hard to make it Happy and truth is this is the only products that make mine Happy silky smooth

I have tried every conditioner made by It's a 10....and Kerastase, Virtue Labs, Amika, and a few others....this has become a favorite of mine. I have long, colored, and mixed texture hair. The leave in is delightful, and the mask *chefs kiss* My only wish is that the conditioner came in a larger size.
