I use this on days I know are going to be intense at work. I am an accountant by trade. Cognition is a different formula from most brain boosters I've seen on the market. I'm not a scientist by any means, but I read labels. I was very skeptical, but my husband and I really liked other Cutler products so I figured I'd give this a shot.
