I had blood work in February, started a daily dose of Doublewood Citrus Bergomot in April, had blood work again May. In the first 30 days my overall cholesterol went down 42 points, my LDL was down as were my triglycerides although they were still high. I eat fairly well, eat clean, but do like my sweets. My last addiction I guess. My thyroid levels were also perfect, and they had not been. I also take a really good multivitamin and a bone specific multi but I hadn’t started them until just before my blood work. I will always keep this supplement in my regimen!

I have been taking the citrus bergamot for several months now to lower my cholesterol, and I have been tracking it over the last six months. It has come down from the 190s to 145. I’m sure the citrus Bergamont has made the difference. I am also drinking green tea every day and, I’m continuing my pescatarian diet.

I have great confidence in the products you make and have been using them for many years. Some items on a regular basis. I ordered Bergamot Citrus for the first time because of my high cholesterol. I have only been taking it for a month now and want to take it for a few months to get it analyzed and judge the results. I am taking 2 capsules as directed, I have had no adverse reactions, everything is very comfortable and I am hopeful that my bad cholesterol and total cholesterol numbers will go down.
