Love it. Cat is comfortable. We use it every day. She hates being left behind and this allows her out and about. Great construction.

We are trying to find a way to keep Finn from escaping from his fat cat pack. He nosed open the second top zipper from the top - on the first try within 10 seconds and jumped out. We can tie the zipper or lock it but the zipper might break? Harness? He can jujutsu out of any harness we've tried in seconds. Harnesses for long cats need to be well, longer. Finn does go out in a buggy and loves the wind and snow. Any fat pack ideas for security?

I was skeptical about Joey, my Burmese liking the idea of travelling in a back pack, he’s not the bravest cat in the world BUT he loves it. From the moment I put it on the floor he was straight into it. After our first walk he raced around the house very excited and them jumped straight back in. He’s one happy travel cat!

We got this carrier specifically because it was advertised to fit cats up to 25lb. Our 20.5lb cat could not comfortably fit in the backpack--when placed inside, his face was smushed up against the bubble. He couldn't move or turn around and he was not happy with the arrangement. We were trying to let him explore the carrier on his own, and didn't manhandle him into the carrier until 2 days outside of the return window (our fault). Return shipping from Canada would have been prohibitive anyway, so we gave the carrier to a friend. Anyway, our cat has been on a diet for 3 years now and we don't see him losing any more weight :( This is a really well-made backpack with high quality materials, just not suitable for cats as fat as promised.
