I've only had it a day or so but so far it is great!! It has hard plastic inserts. I've only had one of my dogs (25lbs) in it so far but I will update when both are back there lol. I drive a 2013 Kia Rio and it fits great! Very adjustable for larger vehicles but I wouldn't go smaller than my car. :)

Absolutely love this its easy to put together and my cats love it the leash inside is adjustable there are 2 pockets to store things. the only problem i have is the plastic sheeting on the see through part, it was extremely difficult to get off and there is still plastic sewn into the lining.
