I love this made into an anchovy garlic aioli and spread on sourdough toast points! Even with shaved jalapeño peppers o them for garnish. Spectacular.

Title says it all. They’re the best. Plump, not overly salty of fishy. Just savory and delicious. I eat them often on toasted French bread with unsalted butter. They don’t need much to be the star of the show.

I bought 6 tins after sampling one. The fish are softer and have a delicious taste. I have not melted them in sauces or salad dressings as yet. So far, I have placed them atop my Caesar salads and had them on a slice of black bread.

These anchovies taste good and are able to be separated from each other. Contrary to other brands Fishwife anchovies are packaged in good oil that permits each filet to be selected individually. Great attributes for us compulsives.

Did I enjoy these anchovies? Are you kidding? They are easily the best anchovies I've ever had (and I enjoy anchovies immensely). The only negative is that I now compete with my daughter (who has never previouslly liked anchovies) to see who gets them.....Thanks for such great seafood.

I bought these to use on our Saturday night pizza, but I love them so much, I am stuffing my face with them all, right out of the can. They are salty but not too salty, plump, and the mouth feel is NOT like other anchovies where you feel you are eating a bony fish carcass. These are the BEST!!!

The Fishwife anchovies are excellent. We have a restaurant here in SF that serves fresh anchovies and the Fishwife’s are the closest thing. Smooth and silky and not too salty.
