Fish in cans is too often like k-rations from my Marine Corps days. Plain, straight forward nutrition. Not these. These are intriguingly delicious and healthy. Once again I dumped them over a bowl of momofuku noodles skipping the flavor packets provided with the noodles. 🍜.

I love all of the Fishwife products, in particular the trout. But this Red Chimichurri trout is outstanding! The taste and flavors of the chimichurri is really different and delicious! I think this sauce could work for others in your lineup! Hope this one is a keeper!!

Received my order today and had to try straight away. I was blown away by this trout. Smoked trout can be amazing in it's own. But combined with the chimichurri, WOW! This has become my #1 trout. Worth every penny. This is a restaurant quality product. Absolutely delicious.

Very tasty! I really enjoyed this, it made for some delicious dinners (and snack plates). Was hoping for a little bit more of a zing from the chimichurri, but that would not discourage me from ordering again! Especially good with some sharp white cheese on a cracker!
