This smoked trout is the most delicious I have ever eaten. I tried the 3-pack recently and got back online today to order more. This time I won’t be ordering just for myself but will be stocking up on tins to give to family at Christmas. The delicate flavor is irresistible. I eat it with cheese and fruit and only wish I could afford to eat it every day!

due to health issues I have to eat a "high protein snack" twice a day. these are perfect. delicious, easy to carry, don't need refrigeration, never go bac, they never leak in my purse and are ready right when I need them. I suppose you could heat it up but I never tried that. they are wonderful right out of the tin.

Crackers, thinly sliced onions, horseradish mustard, Smoked Rainbow Trout...YAY!! That's how my husband like his! And I like mine with a litte soft bread or maybe some Ritz crackers and the trout... It is very tender, delicate like, and delicious... I want to try something else but I'm not sure what is next for us!

I have purchased the smoked trout several times and it is not only delicious but makes a quick and easy appetizer or addition to salad or pasta. I always serve it if I have a happy hour get together and all my guests have loved it. I just serve it on rice & nut crackers with a smear of soft goat cheese.

It only took one tin for me to add this to my regular pantry rotation. I keep a can of this IN MY PURSE at all times. You never know when life gives you a salad that’s missing something or some random crackers. When it does, you’d better have a can handy! I’ve also been known to eat it as a high nutrition snack in my car with a fork or spoon directly out of the can. 5 stars.
