My 2 1/2-year-old granddaughter loves the smoked salmon and it’s a nice quick dinner for her over pasta. I love no-brainer food that can happen in a snap. She finds the kind with pepper crisp to be too spicy but she recognizes the packaging for Fish Wife and asks for it when she sees it.

As soon as I received my order, I spread a piece of toast with cream cheese then put the smoked salmon on top, added a touch of S&P with a sprinkle of dill and took a bite. Wow! This is now my go-to breakfast, lunch or snack. So delicious , simple and loaded with good for you protein. I’ve become a big fan of Fishwife. As an aside, I highly recommend the Fishwife Cookbook as well. Thank you for bringing these great tinned seafoods to market.

I love all kinds of salmon, but gets Fishwife gets top billing as their smoked salmon delivers lots of flavor, great texture, and versatility. When I'm not eating it directly from the tin, I'll add it to glass noodle soup with kale and shiitakes or a big salad with white beans and arugula. Avocado toast gets a Sunday brunch upgrade with smoked salmon.

I love smoked salmon and have been eating a lot of in my 65 years. I've had Native traditionally smoked salmon fresh off a wood fire in the Northwest (this was the best), dried smoked salmon, lox, and many types of tinned and jarred salmon. Fishwife's tinned smoked Atlantic salmon is at the very top of my list. This salmon is super moist, which not all canned salmon is, strangely. I also love that you keep a nice thick layer of unctuous fatty skin on the meat. Delicious! (I usually give the skin to my dog, but not this time. ) I will definitely reorder. I also love that this is the women-owned business that pays attention to sustainably farmed fish. Excellent values that align with my own. Keep up the good work!

I mix this with a Small amount of poppy seed dressing, slices of avacado and eat it over a bagel for a great summer lunch that is ready in less than 5 minutes. This is the only canned salmon I eat.

I’ve been a big fan of Fishwife ever since I tried their sardines. The smoked salmon was buttery with just enough smokiness. I was tempted to eat two cans at once! I insist that you try this salmon asap!

I wish Fishwife wasn't quite so pricey—$10 or $12 instead of $15 per can would be nice—because I really love it! The smoked salmon is no exception. A little rich/heavy with the oil, but still excellent in flavor. I'd had the tuna (good, though not special enough to buy again) and smoked trout (my absolute fave—SO good), so I wasn't expecting the skin, but that didn't end up being a major factor (I know some people love the skin, anyway).
