I am so disappointed rn. Fs they changed the formula or I just got a bad batch because it’s super soapy and the color is just totally off. Last year I bought the cranberry dye and I absolutely loved it. Please fix the formula or something cuz I really do love ur company but it ruined my hair.

I got 3 colors from lunar tides and the other two were amazing (lychee pink and blue velvet). However, the orchid purple was not like the photos or like what I’ve seen on other people online. It was a very light almost grey purple color, despite my hair being bleached. I think it is a bad batch or something because the other colors are so vibrant on the same level of hair !
