The low rating is not based on the product, but for the deliveries of items ordered from the TikTok shop. From the time I’ve placed an order, your system has refused to update the current delivery status. Very inconvenient. The weight bench was just sitting in the hallway Sunday, unbeknownst to me if not for checking the mailbox just so happen. It was absolutely not delivered today. So therefore expecting the remaining items, and receiving nothing (“April Fools!”) And to this day, I haven’t received the SHOULDER BRACE. By the way, the bench is VERY GREAT AND DURABLE. Can we fix that?
