I have had three of these and I love them. The coffee stays hot all day. Never leaks, my only complaint is the rubber band that flips the lid open gets stretched out and keeps coming off the tab inside. Not a major issue, but it would be nice to find replacement caps or band so I don’t have to keep replacing the whole bottle.

This mug is nearly perfect. I love it so much. Pros: - The size is great and it keeps my coffee hot all day for a full day of delicious sipping. - Good balance between capacity and weight, not too much of a pain to carry around. - The lid design has a lip of about 1. 25" which allows the sipping of coffee without being burned. - There's a simple lock mechanism and silicone for sealing which prevents spills if it gets tipped over in a bag or something. - Great width for comfortable gripping The only cons: - The silicone loop that springs the lid open wears out over time. When new it opened the lid completely when the lid release button was pressed, and after a year or so of daily use it only pops up a bit now. - The white silicon seal gets stained by coffee over time, maybe if I washed it more diligently this wouldn't happen as much though. - The top is just a bit too narrow for an aeropress to fit inside. - Too wide to fit in most cup holders I've been using one of these for close to 7 years. Paint totally chipped off my first one from heavy use and I picked up a second.

24 hour stainless steel king thermos is the very best! I have had mine for years. We’re talking over 10 or more years. I have had to order new lids after many years of use as with daily use the rubber rings wear and I have lost a couple in the wash. This thermos keeps ice water for days and I have to say if you screw on the lid right a use the wire ring to close it never leaks rolling around in a bag of stuff. I highly recommend thermos brand, and this model especially. I have other models that aren’t even made anymore that I have had for 30 years and they are still going strong! Other brands disappoint and fall apart.

Awful product Received as a gift. Incorrectly assumed the rubber liner under the cap was for packaging purposes. Nope. If you remove it liquid rapidly leaks everywhere if tipped even slightly. WHY would you not label such a crucial piece in any way, "do not discard." To make matters worse, I cannot find any replacement options anywhere. You can see the exact rubber piece in the product photos right here, but replacements don't exist anywhere online? It's like I'm crazy. I really wanna be able to use this mug, but it seems Thermos doesn't care about the products they're selling.

I have 4-24 oz stainless kings and the silicone spring that opens the top are all shot,Now they are telling us that we can buy the complete top.But what about us fixers that can change this spring and get the lid working again like it should. So what about this Thermos Company! Can I buy just 8 of these springs and fix my own tops because I am on old age pension and can not afford to buy tops all the time. My suggestion for you is to use a stainless steel spring that wont wear out like the one's you are useing right now

This thermos is the best one I've ever owned. It does everything that it advertised to do. The only thing I would add to this thermos is a handle of some sort to make it easier to carry.

Functionality it works as advertised keeping hot drinks hot for a long period of time. Easy to use as well. The only problem for me is the diameter of the bottle is about a quarter inch too wide for the cup holders in my car.
