It was one intensive day of training with food and toys and lots of love. Now she loves her wheel! We are only three days in; she hasn't gone independently, but I am sure she will on her own time. She is , after all, a cat. 🐈‍⬛

The old stand broke because he uses it all.the.time. Im not really sure how but plastic got bent backwards. This updated version is made better and simpler, so it won’t break. Very easy to put together, took 2 minutes and runs smoother than old version.

It's a lot better than the old base, seems to be more sturdy. The only issue we had was a bad screw that holds the color wheel on, once we changed the screw the exercise wheel moved fine. My cat loves her wheel.

I have three Bengal cats and I have to admit they are very hard on the cat wheel. They love it! But I've gone through three bars in the last two years. I think they should come up with a sturdier concept for the base. They bend are even have completely broken the plastic bases. Don't get me wrong, I love the product but I wish the bases would hold I up better.

So helpful. Our cat was so mad because the stand broke. He was wheeling down the hall without the stand. We called fast cat. The person was so helpful and got us our new stand within 2 day. The new and improved stand is quieter & smoother. Napili is now happy again

My cat Loki has a generation 5 wheel. His base broke and I decided to buy a replacement but only the 7 th generation wheel base was available. I ordered it and it was very easy to set up. The wheel runs pretty good on it and it’s a lot more quiet than the old base. Hopefully it lasts forever. $60 is a lot for this and the last base for the 5th was cheaply made.

After 2.5 years, our base broke on one side - this updated one is much quieter and has a clean look to it in addition to appearing more secure so fingers crossed for us!
