Honestly thought it was going to come in good condition hopefully it didn't leak that much . couldn't even open the box it was all soggy shampoo bottle came broken and the daily facial cleanser came open I would want a free shampoo and daily facial cleanser not my first Time buying based body works

I really enjoy all four of the products, especially the smell of the shampoo and the conditioner. But what product i like most is the skincare duo, it leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturized i like both the scents from it and i enjoy all four of the products performance.

Hear me out. I just wanna clarify I love the products. I wanna give it a 5 star but the customer service isn’t there. I had to wait a month with no feedback or updates on why my order wasn’t being packaged. It took over three weeks just to pack my order. Then another week and a half just to receive my order. I will be purchasing more but please work on working with your customers or if it’s gonna take over a month throw in some free stuff. It’s not that hard to work with your consistent customers.

Definitely a big change from using regular hygienic products you see at the store, but I’m glad the skin care duo doesn’t strip my face and irritate it! The smell of the shampoo and conditioner was amazing. I even got the towel, comb, and scalp brush as a bonus! Would buy again!
